Prenatal Yoga / Gravid yoga
Most people come to prenatal yoga because they want to feel a little better in their body.
Maybe your body has started to feel different. There may be more tension in your back, less space to move, or simply a greater need to slow down.
In prenatal yoga, we move in ways that support your body through pregnancy.
We work with strength, mobility and breath. We create space for the back, hips and pelvis. As we practise listening to what the body needs, the mind can become a little quieter.
The breath is an important part of the practice . It can be helpful to have something to return to when the body is working hard, or when the mind feels overwhelmed.
Prenatal yoga is about being in your body as it changes.
It is about moving, breathing and making space for yourself during this special time.
And giving yourself a little time to simply pause and be here.
We would love to have you with us.
New classes start 2. September and 28. October.
Alongside prenatal yoga, we also offer Prenatal Soundbath.
For those days when you need a little more rest.

Prenatal Soundbath
Sometimes you simply need a little time to pause.
This soundbath is a gentle space for you to slow down, rest and be with yourself during the later part of pregnancy.
You will be supported with pillows, blankets and restorative positions while the sounds of singing bowls, gong, bells and chimes create a calm space around you.
A chance to let the body rest.
To quieten the mind.
And to take a little time to simply be here, before life changes again.
Prenatal yoga and soundbath can complement each other beautifully — or be enjoyed separately, depending on what you need and have time for.
