Yesterday was not just another day 💙
More than 30 people, swimmers and volunteers, came together for our internal competition full of laughs, good nerves, challenges, and lots of heart.

A day to have fun, to test ourselves, to see how far we can go, and to keep pushing each other to be better 🏊‍♂️🔥

And after 10 years of being a key volunteer for the team,
Marco took home the Volunteer of the Year cup 🏆👏
More than deserved. Thank you for everything.

On December 20th, after our last Saturday swim of the year, we’ll get together for dinner and drinks to wrap up the season and kick off the Christmas spirit.

Today we had our annual meeting to present all the work we’ve done over the past year.
We also elected our representatives and discussed how we can keep improving and continue bringing our values to the team and to society.

Our board for the upcoming year is:

This weekend, 9 Mermates had the pleasure of sharing 2 training sessions with the family in Argentina.

But it wasn’t all about training! We also had fun, danced, and learned lots of new words in Spanish.
