res while popularizing the spicy flavours of his Jamaican cultural heritage….Solomon is always focused and always motivated he remains true to his inspired mantra of success, ‘Rub some fresh spicy flavour in your food!'
Along the way, Solomon has managed to pack in a great deal! In 2009, he launched his Black Pop Contemporary , taking his message to his corporate and creative networks all over Copenhagen via monthly art exhibition dinners and InterNations events expat networking events 150-200 persons each month. He has been his network of foodies to heighten there food experience, explore and tantalize there taste buds without burning them 'by trying his Pumpkin and Lime based Jerk Sauce range which includes the use of healthy ingredients like Fresh Turmeric, Limes, Oranges, Coconuts, Mango, Kiwi’s etc.. - Solomon has been showing them how to make tasty, healthy food. Solomon realised his ultimate dream of build an authentic range of Jerk Sauces combining some local Danish produce like Prince/Pumpkin, Spring onions, Onions, Sea Salt then add Caribbean herbs and spices- Then give the Danish public the opportunity to upgrade there tastebuds with our multifaceted & functional sauce concept.
