Clearwater Chargers-Sweden Sweden Trip. Thank You. Clearwater Chargers are a soccer team who are taking a
trip to Sweden over the summer.

We have worked very hard
through several fundraisers to help our team get to Sweden. We are VERY THANKFUL for all of the financial supporters and
sponsors thus far.

Think about our Sweden friends all the time. Best trip ever. As some of the girls are now college bound, I would love to hear if any of them are in the states playing college soccer.

Sending a BIG CONGRATS to our Sweden Friends ~ LBO7. They attended the Gothia Cup last week. In addition to them, 87 other teams from 8 different countries played in Girls 14. They were divided into 22 different groups. LB07 was in Group 5 together with Barkarö SK, Sollentuna FK and Za'ba School.

LB07 continued to Play off A after reaching 1st place in Group 5. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against QBIK with 0-1. Great Job Girls!!!!

What a beautiful City. Yesterday we went through the City of Malmo which was presented by two of the mom's from Sweden. They did a wonderful job and hopefully the girls will remember some of the history :) We must say THANK YOU to the Swedish families who have opened up their homes for our girls. The girls are still getting to know each other and all are enjoying training together. We will try to upload some photos later today.

We have made it to Sweden!!!!
Today we get to see the Malmo Castle and spend the day at the park. We are hoping for a little sun and the rain sprinkles to go away.

Hard to believe that all our hard work and countless fundraising is over. We will be in Sweden in less than a week. Again, thank you to all of the businesses and individual supporters that helped us reach this goal. We will do our best post some pics and messages while we are away or when we get back. AGAIN - many many thanks to all of the people who donated or came by any of our fundraising events.
