The weather has spoken, and we’re taking the AcroYoga Festival INDOORS this weekend!

We’ll be gathering at Hermes Hallen, Frederiksberg instead of Nørrebroparken. No rain is going to stop us from flying, playing, laughing, and connecting! 💛

And we’ll kick things off at 11:00 with some amazing singing together 🎶✨ — the perfect way to warm up, connect, and get the festival started!

We’re so looking forward to seeing you all and sharing an amazing weekend of AcroYoga together. Let’s bring the sunshine inside! ☀️🌧️

After a day full of flying, basing, spotting, and playing, there's no better way to unwind than with The Sacred Dance 🫶

In this guided Thai Yoga Massage workshop, will invite you to slow down, reconnect, and explore the healing power of mindful touch. Through gentle, flowing techniques, you'll learn how to give and receive care, helping your body recover while deepening the connection you've built throughout the festival 🫂☀️

A perfect way to end a playful day of AcroYoga—with presence, relaxation, and a little bit of magic. 💛🙏
