Powerburn for
Tues 3pm, Fri 7am and Sunday 10am

Mon, Tues, Wed & Thurs 5pm + Sun 8.30am continue, of course.

Gentle yoga practice episode now live on our page. (Extended practice will need to wait until next week..)
You can still join at 5pm in CPH today for an upbeat yoga- and Pilates-based outdoor session, tomorrow morning at 7.30am for a one-off Move & Tone Circuit in Nordhavn or online Fri at 3pm for an intense 1hr Powerburn Circuit session.
