We often underestimate the role hydration plays in performance, especially when training with EMS.⁣

Water regulates your body temperature, supports muscle contraction, and helps transport the nutrients your muscles need to recover efficiently. Even mild dehydration can reduce endurance, slow reaction times, and increase fatigue.⁣

To make it count:⁣
