Thanks for showing up and bringing the energy in this mornings Barbells class. 💪

Lots of hard work put in by all of you. It was a tough playlist.

We will be back again on the weekend with our usual double Barbells and Bounce class on Saturday and another Barbells class again Sunday.

And we’re back!! 🎉🙌💪

It’s been a full week of classes. 😍 We’ve loved seeing each and every one of you. Regulars, new joiners, returning regulars, or somewhere in between. You are always welcome at Bounce-Copenhagen!! . 😍💕

I don’t know about you but it’s been so hard getting back into a routine. But it is nice getting back to it.

I hope you’ve all enjoyed your classes. We always have options so you can take the intensity down or turn it up, depending on how you fee!

I will be putting the rest of the classes back on the schedule later this evening. So keep an eye out.

I’ll be there for BLAST tomorrow morning with Marie at 07:15, and BARBELLS will be back from Wednesday the 19th at 07:15. 🥳🙌

It is holiday season, so I hope you all have some time off to look forward to. To rest and do all the things you love.

We are taking a little break. So BARBELLS will be on hold for most of July. I may be able to squeeze one Saturday or Sunday in.

‼️ Also Streethal is NOT closed during July. We were misinformed. So please keep checking the timetable. Marie-Louise may put some BLAST classes on for July. But expect an irregular schedule for July ‼️

Aksel and I are teaching our last BARBELL class before we leave on holiday TOMORROW! At 07:15. Join us if you can!

One of the hottest days here in Copenhagen for a long time. BUT that didn’t stop 17 of you showing up for BARBELLS and also some of you staying for BLAST after. Just amazing. You guys are just as crazy as us. 😂💪☀️

Another weekend of classes ✅👏

Thank you for joining us. Welcome Annika to BARBELLS. Hope you enjoyed that. And of course it was wonderful to see our regulars.

We also had the pleasure of hosting a bachelorette party ((BOUNCE)) sooo much fun. I hope you ladies enjoyed it. You certainly brought the energy. 👰🎉

It’s been a busy week. And exercising isn’t always the first thing on my mind. But honestly, you cannot beat that after feeling. So much great energy in the room. I just love it. 🥰 Thank you.
