I hope you enjoyed your workout. Was so nice to have Charles back for his second BLAST class. And Antonia’s sister (so sorry, I’m not even sure I got your name! 🙊) for joining us while visiting. 😍 And welcome to Sara on your first BARBELL class!

It’s been a busy week. And exercising isn’t always the first thing on my mind. But honestly, you cannot beat that after feeling. So much great energy in the room. I just love it. 🥰 Thank you.

Aksel and I are back tomorrow for BARBELLS. ‼️ remember we changed it from ((BOUNCE)) as we are away next weekend. So no BARBELLS then. ‼️

Marie-Luise will be back on Monday and Wednesday 💪

Unfortunately I have some urgent work meetings I need to be a part of. ☹️

I will be there for BARBELLS tomorrow but may cancel BLAST after.

Thank you to all of you that showed up and worked out with us. 😍 Not only do you show up, but you bring the smiles, the energy and you guys are the reason all the classes are so genuinely fun and welcoming. 🫶💕

A very warm welcome to Kirsten and Constanza who joined me on Friday for their first class. 🥳. It was a pleasure to have you. I hope you enjoyed it. I know it can be quite daunting starting a new class. Honestly, it does get easier from now on. I look forward to seeing you soon.

Happy Thursday guys!!! 🥳🥳

Just a quick update, I am changing Saturday ((BOUNCE)) to a BLAST class instead. 🥳

Don’t worry, it is still the same fun class. 💃❤️ BUT it’s 45 mins instead of 1 hr. 🙌I provide optional hand weights to use so we’ll still get the same workout, but, in a shorter time. 🙌 With summer on the way 🤞, I think we’ll all be glad of a shorter class. 😍

And now maybe that double is more doable? 🤔BARBELLS and BLAST on a Saturday! How can you miss that???

So who’s joining us? I’ll be starting the weekend tomorrow with ((BOUNCE)) BLAST at 17:10. Who’s joining me?? I think I’m gonna bring back my classic tunes. Are you ready to party with me?? 🥳❤️

It’s been such a long time since I posted!!!

So nice to get back to my classes this weekend. I’m missing my morning classes. But hopefully I’ll be able to get back to them soon, once I settle into my new job.

Thank you all for joining us over the past weeks. I’ve not managed to post anything for awhile!

But I hope you know, it goes without saying how much we appreciate your energy and support. 😍 Whether it’s your first time or you’re a regular, or somewhere in between, we love seeing you. 😍

I have started a new job 🥳, so will be away for the morning classes for a bit. But I’m hoping I will be able to join sometimes, like today. I miss my morning classes. It’s taken a lot to build them up from when we were just 2 people sometimes. Consistency is key! 🙌♥️

‼️I am taking part in my first (and probably last 😂) Hyrox on Friday. 😬It’s at Bella center if you want to come and watch.! Friday class will still be going ahead with Marie.

ℹ️ Sunday 15th is cancelled.
