Kika Yoga & Sound Therapy

Kika Yoga & Sound Therapy I wish to create spaces for calm, rest, introspection and reconnection, on yoga mats or at soundbaths YOGA - Online, In-studio and Corporate office yoga.

My yoga offering involves both invigorating, flow-y and strong Vinyasa Flow classes and soothing-destressing slow Yin Yoga-style classes at my membership page www.kikayoga.dk and also at different studios in Copenhagen and in individual/corporate settings. Message me for booking. SOUND THERAPY - From imbalance to balance, from stress to ease, from confusion back to centre. I work both with soulful gong bath journeys in groups and in more intimate individual sound therapy sessions with Tibetan singing bowls and other archaic instruments. Sound has been used as a meditation and well-being-improving method for centuries and has a undeniable effect on calming down our nervous systems enabling it to come from the fight of flight more so many of us are constantly on, down to the rest, restore and digest mode where we need to be for a clear head and healthy body and mind. From feedback to the over 100 soundbaths I have facilitated, people feel much more relaxed and aligned after a session - often they feel like themselves again.
