Johan’s Training Methods is the realization of my vision and dream of being able to help people thru training. It all started roughly 10 years ago, when my interest for training went from just that – an interest – to something much more. I wanted to know everything about training and the science behind it. Before that, I was a trainee enthusiast who would blindly follow every training program and
every diet plan that came across me. I would follow them for a week and then change to something new, more innovative, more advanced, tougher… The sources of my knowledge could be the internet, magazines or friends. Exercises selection, reps, sets, breaks, TuT, split or whole body training, Training days, day off, active rest days, calories consumption, pre work out meals, post work out meals, sleeping patterns… Everything was a mess. Finally I decided to take a step back; to stop focusing on the tree and to start focusing on the forest. Stop focusing on the exercises the sets and the reps, and instead focus on PRINCIPLES! I worked hard to change my pattern of thoughts – I was introduced to Former Soviet Union Training patterns, I took the education as MMA Conditioning Coach from Nesta and I Certified as a Kettlebell Instructor. All this studying and hard work formed me as a Personal Trainer and loaded my self-esteem. The real boost however, came when I first realized that not only can I help someone lose weight or get stronger and healthier, but I can also make a difference in someone’s life. Since then, I have been practicing as a personal trainer in Greece for 5 years, where I was training all kinds of people with great results. For the past three years I have lived and worked in Denmark, and have already by now helped a number of people here. In August 2015 I finally opened my own gym giving me the location to realize my vision and dream - and I dare to say that there is not a single person who trained with me that hasn’t reached his or hers goals. I believe that with the right training you can achieve a lot more in your life. You get happier, more energetic, more positive – the list can go on. When training with me, not only will your body get stronger, but also your mind! Johan´s training Methods is for everyone, whether you just want to loose a couple of extra kilos, or you want to run a marathon next spring. All sessions are planned out from the individual wishes. Put together with my knowledge and experience, nothing can stop you!
