Our mission is to preserve and restore, to promote and promulgate, the teachings of the original Chen Family Taijiquan from Chen Village where Tai Chi was created under the lineage of Master Chen Bing in efforts to educate and improve health and well being through physical practice. Also, it is to maintain the original martial-arts practical methods as taught in Chen Village. All Taijiquan styles
such as Yang, Wu, Sun and other various styles derived from Chen Family Taijiquan. Since 1600, Chen Family Taijiquan has been practiced and suceeded by Chen Family in China because it is a martial art of Chen Family’s. Master Chen Bing is the standard bearer who succeeds to the throne of authentic Chen Family Taijiquan. Silk Reeling Energy that Chen Family Taijiquan possesses is the key essence of how practitioners cultivate powerful energy and refresh the body and mind. By practicing this authentic Chen Family Taijiquan, practitioners are able to understand correct postures, usage of Qi (energy) and the changes of the negative and the positive energy (the energy change of Yin and Yang force or called the change of dual cosmic forces) in practice. Our organization only practices and teaches Chen Family Taijiquan as taught by Master Chen Bing without any unnecessary addition and subtraction
