Spring is here and Holos Training is back again. Light returns, energy shifts, and with it comes the urge to move, connect and breathe a little deeper outdoors.
Holos Training is a functional full-body practice that blends strength, mobility, endurance and intuitive movement. We train in the city and in parks and green spaces, using the city and its spaces as our training ground. No experience or level is required, the practice meets you exactly where you are.
