A month ago we finished the Nord Stream Race 2021. Looking back at it brings a smile to your face, since even though it was a long and intense project, all in all it was a fantastic adventure! đ€© So many great moments with so many awesome people truly resulted in unforgettable moments.
It was a full year of working and preparing to make it all happen. It is important to highlight that the sailors of the team did not do it all on their own, but got extensive support from many others as well. We want to bring forward some of those who need to be thanked for making this possible and such a success:

Special thanks to Commodore Martti, Robbie, Mischa, Nikolas, Lauri, Lotta and Alexandra. We want to thank our fantastic boat captain Greg who truly was a part of the crew and endured our terrible jokes during the whole race. SS who unfortunately was not able to join us as the skipper, but worked his ass off with preparing and planning. Hopefully you will get to do it next year đ Also thanks to sailors such as Thomas, Kentsu, Mikko, Björn etc. who supported us by passing over their knowledge from previous editions. Thank you Peter for helping us with understanding the upcoming weather and winds. Thank you Elena and SPBYC for inviting us to the event. One of the biggest thanks goes to Philip, Anke, Oliver, Ecki, Karo and the rest of Konzeptwerft for organising the whole event even though the situation was challenging in many ways. Finally we want to give a special thanks to the media team including Marina, Kristina, SĂžren, Ugo and Susanne for documenting the journey as beautiful images, action packed videos and interesting interviews!
