Pilates is absolutely for everybody. 1:1 classes are a great way to start. You will get to know the fundamentals and gain a deeper understanding of the Pilates method and get to know your own moving patterns better. Often our patterns are not serving us and we need to establish new ones. Especially if we have old injuries or chronic pain conditions and our body is compensating, creating imbalances. I will carefully guide, encourage and challenge you, helping you to reach your goal. Weather it’s getting stronger, more mobile, more flexible, more balanced or all above. 🍁🙌🏻🧡
