Hej 🌞
Jeg har lokalt i Valby tænkt mig at gå på græs i eftermiddagens sol omkring kl. 16.30 og dyrke lidt yoga, pranayama, meditation m.v. Hvis du vil med så send en besked eller ring 61661900.

Det samme sker nok også i morgen, und so weiter. Løber nok desuden en tur inden, der kan du også være med. Ja jeg træner ude hele året, har forskellige programmer, og regntøj. Hvordan bliver det endnu bedre end det?
