The time has come, I have been thinking about this workshop alot the past couple of weeks.
Now I have the itinerary, place and date sorted out. So now im sharing it with you! This will be a small intimate workshop with 8 spots. The workshop will focus on postures (asanas) which are good for detoxing the body, aswell as the chanting of mantras that are said to purify the soul. The practice will also include Pranayama (breath awareness exercises). All levels of experience are welcome and encouraged to come, as long as you are ready to receive what ever the practice has to offer you 🙏
