Hi guys.

2020 has been a tough year due to government restrictions and 2021 hasnt been better so far. But we move ahead and will work hard to establish and grow lethwei in Europe and all over the world.

I will do my best to help federations across the world grow. As head of the danish lethwei federation and chairman og the european lethwei federation, a lot is on my shoulders. And soon i will announce big news for lethwei.

Lethwei class as soon as the government opens up the country. 😂

People have now been without proper training for months and months now. Its frustrating to see people so desperate and out of balance and shape. I can not say this more clearly.. open the country now! This is pure insanity. Let healthy people train and stay healthy. This video is funny But the problem is real!

En god måde at gøre din hænder og håndled klar til bareknockle fighting på er, at køre sandsæk uden handsker. Denne måde kan du gradvist øge slagstyrken og derved hærde dem mere og mere. Pas på med ikke at ligge for hårdt ud. God fornøjelse 🔥🔥

Vores polske naboer i syd tager dette projekt meget alvorligt.
Når det kommer til skaller og bareknockle fighting så ligger det helt klart i deres natur. De elsker det og det kan tydeligt mærkes.

Tak for en behandling ud over det sædvanlige og forbundet glæder sig til et stærkt samarbejde i fremtiden..

Jeg har altid været fascineret af at skabe noget. Efter at ha været selvstændig i 15 år, er det nu tid til at skabe en hel ny kampsport i Europa!
