It all starts with the correct grip – but it is difficult, time-consuming, and frustrating to learn. Everyone who has been involved in learning the correct grip can attest to this.

In Badminton, most coaches teaches how to properly hold the racket for the forehand shot and what the correct grip is for a beginner.

Starting with a correct Badminton Grip is the foundation of Playing Badminton. Holding the racket wrongly will decrease your stroke's power and accuracy. Your shots will be limited and therefore you will not enjoy the game as much let alone improve.

It makes it easier for the further development of the game, it also helps with correct contact of the shuttle, and there for it’s a good choice for beginners 🏸 🏆 🏸 🥇
