Want to dance and flow gracefully in your heels? In this workshop you will learn an choreo/flow created by Line. You will be guided through some of Lines favourite movements that of course contains leg swirls, melting hips and acrobatic notes, all put together into a beautiful flow. We will move around the pole and do lots of floorwork. Kneepads needed. Prepare to get familiar with new ways of moving around the pole and making flows look effortless, playful and feather light.

In this workshop you will work with Lines fave’ and signature transitions and combos on spin pole which of course contains spilts, twisty shapes and swirly legs. You will be guided through with a focus on technique, transition, making it effortless and adding that special twist. You will be working in different heights of the pole and be guided through innovative and impressive combos.
