𝐃𝐫𝐢𝐛𝐛𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐠 is the perfect drill for offensive players who love to dribble and challenge their direct opponents. In this drill, you should pay attention to the following:

1. Dribble as fast as possible through the cones 🌪️

2. Pass the ball to the rebounder before the flashing light goes out ⏰

3. If you don’t make it in time, your score will drop on the app! 📉

This dribbling drill is excellent for practicing under pressure, just like in a real game. The limited time and intensity push you to dribble faster and more effectively.

𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐂-𝐝𝐫𝐢𝐥𝐥 is the perfect drill for center-backs or goalkeepers who need to start the play from the back and make quick decisions in the build-up phase. ⚽

This drill is very simple: The player stands in front of three rebounders and must always pass the ball to the rebounder with the flashing light. 💡

The C-drill is ideal for practicing forward passing and will improve the player's ability to make first-touch passes with both feet. 🦵 This sequence simulates a realistic match situation where the goalkeeper or center-back must quickly and securely initiate play from the back. ✅
