Yesterday, Team Barlistic participated in an event held by Streetcore Calisthenics! So many people had gathered to be inspired by athletes from both teams! Here's a little sneak peek of what went down - this is the Beast From The Middle East and one of the Beautiful Beasts showing how it's done!
It's so important for the different teams so support and help each other! We're looking forward to do some more work with Streetcore Calisthenics!

The Summer has ended and Team Barlistic has started September hard! After just 30 minutes in the workout, this happened to Slim Muscle! That didn't stop him from working out, though!!
