Bail Company Bail Company, kurz BaCo, ist ein Free Running Team aus Oldenburg. Bail Company, or BaCo, is a Free Running team from Oldenburg, Germany.

Bail Company, kurz BaCo, ist ein Free Running Team aus Oldenburg, welches von Freunden gegründet wurde, welche sich durch Parkour kennengelernt haben. Da wir unsere Bewegungsfreiheit noch individueller und kreativer gestalten möchten, ist neben dem Bereich Parkour auch noch das Free Running dazugekommen. Unser Name soll repräsentieren, was bei jedem unserer Trainings im Vordergrund steht: Spaß! In

sofern ist der Name Bail Company eher mit einem Augenzwinkern zu verstehen und nicht mit der Motivation, dass alles um jeden Preis - also auch der Gefahr eines Bails - erreicht und geschafft werden muss. Zudem sind wir der Meinung, dass gerade am Anfang kleine Stürze und auch das Nichtgelingen bestimmter Dinge wichtig sind, um Erfahrungen zu sammeln und daran zu wachsen. Da beim Training der Spaß im Vordergrund stehen soll, möchten wir die Gruppe auch nur durch Zuwachs verstärken, den wir bereits kennen und mit dem wir schon öfter trainiert haben. Dabei kommt es uns gar nicht so sehr auf einen bestimmten "Skill Level" an, sondern vielmehr auf gegenseitige Sympathie. Ebenfalls möchten wir gemeinsam über z.B. Videos und Pläne entscheiden. Transparenz gegenüber allen Mitglieder wird ganz groß geschrieben! Für Fragen stehen jederzeit Sven "Spencer" Miller und Sören Niewint zur Verfügung.
