It’s heavy enough to offer resistance but also light enough to respond to changes of angles and pressure.

Learn the sets that Bruce Lee himself utilized and start building incredible precision, pressure and angles!

Working on the dummy early, combined with empty hand drills and the forms, can speed up your progress in the Jun Fan method / Wing Chun immensely.

First was in the old barn school behind Sifu Taky’s house, that was home to the Jun Fan Gung Fu Institute Seattle, the second at IMB Academy and the third at the Inosanto Academy of martial arts.
