Die letzten 72 Stunden waren intensiv, dynamisch und einfach besonders. In Strzegom durfte ich mit einem 2. und 3. Platz in der CCI3* sowie einem 12. Platz in der CCI4* tolle Ergebnisse mit nach Hause nehmen und bin einfach unglaublich dankbar für mein Team und meine Pferde. 🥈🥉💛

Kaum zurück, ging es direkt weiter zum , wo ich als Speakerin auf der Bühne stehen durfte. Der Austausch, die Gespräche und die Menschen vor Ort waren mindestens genauso inspirierend wie die Tage auf dem Turnier.

Abgerundet wurde alles durch einen besonderen Abend bei , mit spannenden Impulsen unter anderem von Christian Wolf und Jan Kaume. Diese Mischung aus Sport, Entwicklung und Begegnungen erfüllt mich jedes Mal aufs Neue. 🔥

// The last 72 hours have been intense, dynamic, and truly special. In Strzegom I was able to take home some great results with a 2nd and 3rd place in the CCI3*, as well as a 12th place in the CCI4*, and I’m incredibly grateful for my team and my horses. 🥈🥉💛

Straight after, I headed to the , where I had the opportunity to speak on stage. The exchange, the conversations, and the people I met were just as inspiring as the days at the competition.

Everything was rounded off with a special evening at , with inspiring talks, among others, by Christian Wolf and Jan Kaume. This combination of sport, growth, and meaningful connections inspires and fulfills me every single time. 🔥

Als Leistungssportlerin gehört für mich zum Reitsport auch Kraft- und Ausdauertraining. 🔥
Kraft, Ausdauer und Stabilität sind einfach die Basis – sonst läuft’s nicht rund.

Umso cooler, dass wir hier von der „Sportfördergruppe“ so stark unterstützt werden und auch neben dem Pferd Vollgas geben können. Wöchentliche Einheiten, oft am Abend oder kurz vor Feierabend, gehören einfach dazu.

Ich setze schon seit Jahren auf CrossFit als Ergänzung zum Reiten – für mehr Power, bessere Kontrolle und ein stärkeres Gesamtpaket. 💪

Am Ende ist klar: Ein fitter Reiter macht den Unterschied. 🤝

Strength, endurance and stability are the foundation – without them, things just don’t work.

That’s why I really appreciate the support from the “Sportfördergruppe”, helping us push beyond riding and put in the work off the horse as well. Weekly sessions, often in the evening or just before calling it a day, are part of the routine.

I’ve been relying on CrossFit for years as the perfect addition to riding – building power, control and a stronger overall package. 💪

At the end of the day, it’s simple: a fitter rider makes the difference. 🤝

✨ Class of 2026 ✨
There are a few more special faces in my team, but today I want to focus on these four – my long lasting partners, the ones who have shaped my journey in this sport.

LAMANGO “Lollo” – 16yo grey gelding
My once-in-a-lifetime horse. From Young Riders all the way up to our first 4*-L placing, growing together every step of the way. Competing internationally since 2016, participating at the Youth Europeans Fontainebleau 2018, and still winning – CSI1* this year. He taught me everything.

RIS DE TALM “Chico” – 11yo bay gelding
Power, heart, and endless fight. 9th at Le Lion d’Angers 2022 and since 2024 consistently placed at 4* level. Our highlight last year was our start at CHIO Aachen. He’s the kind of horse that never stops giving.

KELLY ROSE – 7yo dark bay mare
The sweetest mare there is. Won her first Intro in Sahrendorf 2025 and my true ribbon collector last season. Now it’s all about gaining confidence and consistency at 2 level.

BLAYA D’HA Z “Laila” – 8yo bay mare
So much quality and still so much to come. Internationally competing since 2024, with a 3*-S placing in Langenhagen as her biggest success so far. Last year we participated at the Young Horse Championships at Le Lion d’Angers. She’s just getting started.
Forever grateful for these horses – they are the reason I love what I do. The future looks bright with a couple more young ones ready to start their eventing journey at my yard this year. 💫

Ad | Gerade auf Turnieren zählt jede kleine Erleichterung im Stallzelt.
Ich nutze inzwischen die Tränken EquiRefresh von – so haben meine Pferde auch unterwegs jederzeit frisches Wasser und die Versorgung am Turnier wird deutlich unkomplizierter.
Für mich eine richtig praktische Lösung im Turnieralltag. 🐴💧

What a mind-blowing weekend ✨😮‍💨

Definitely full of ups and downs… and while I might have wished for a quieter one, that’s just life (and horses 🐎).

Chico delivered a beautiful dressage test, followed by a very unusual show jumping round — but trying a new bit gave us a lot to analyze and improve. Cross country felt amazing as always and was so much fun!

Lollo was incredible in the 2*, finishing 4th out of 80 💪

Sadly, Laila had a small injury during transport and couldn’t compete, but she’s doing well and will recover quickly ❤️

So much to learn, adjust, and practice — but with a long season ahead, we’re excited for what’s coming!
