See you tomorrow, Monday August 10. You must have a valid physical on file to participate. Remember they are good for a calendar year. We will confirm with our Nurse, Dr. Colgan. There is a heat advisory in place so be sure to bring a water bottle. We will have frequent breaks and cooling mitigations in place. Go Falcons!!! Boys and Girls Welcome as we work out the schedules.
