You’re passionate about Aerobic Gymnastics and ready to work with talented athletes on their journey to national and international success?
We are looking for a Full-Time Coach (m/f/x) to join our team in Ulm, Germany. 🤗
Your Responsibilities:
✅ Coach student, junior, and senior squad athletes
✅ Create and choreograph competition routines
✅ Plan and conduct daily training sessions
✅ Prepare athletes for regional, national and international competitions
✅ Support athletes during competitions and training camps
✅ Analyze training and competition performance
✅ Identify and develop young talents
✅ Collaborate with regional and national gymnastics federations
✅ Contribute to national team development programs
Your Profile:
✔ Coaching certification (FIG, Diploma Coach, Trainer A or equivalent)
✔ Experience in competitive Aerobic Gymnastics
✔ Passion for athlete development and high-performance sport
✔ Strong communication and teamwork skills
✔ English proficiency (German is a plus)
✔ Flexible and motivated to work evenings and weekends when required
