Endlich hat Marc seine lang ersehnte und Jahre lang hart erarbeitete DOSB "Trainer B Leistungssport" Lizenz vom DSV erhalten.

Somit ist der Weg nun frei für einen weiteren Bereich des Absolute Sailing Team:

Die "Absolute Sailing Academy" die in Zukunft nach der Entwicklungsphase in den Bereichen Inshore und Offshore Jugend- und Regattatraining tätig werden wird.

Well, these are very sad news 😥
Following all the new restrictions, we are not gonna be able to be at the start of Vendee Globe 2020 with our RIB.
But it's the right decision for all of us, to shut down!!!

Vendée Globe Start Village Closes From Friday. The Race Start Is Maintained For November 8 Without Public.

Following the national confinement measures decided by the President of the French Republic as part of the fight against Covid-19, the Vendée Globe Village will be closed to the public as from Friday October 30.
The start of the Vendée Globe will take place as planned on Sunday November 8 at 1:02 p.m. local time but behind closed doors without local spectators.
It will be broadcast live on www.vendeeglobe.org/en and on many television channels.
The Vendée Globe 2020-2021 will remain as a symbol of our desire to continue life, despite the difficulties our country is going through and in meticulous respect for the health rules set by the State.

Wir, also das Absolute Sailing Team, planen schon seit längerer Zeit, dass wir EUCH, also alle die uns folgen, Interesse an unserer Mini Transat Kampagne für 2021 haben oder einfach mal durch Zufall auf unseren Seiten gelandet sind etwas besser mitnehmen können.

Wir wollen, dass Ihr uns über die Schulter gucken könnt, wärend wir noch an Land am Boot arbeiten!!!
Wir wollen euch mitnehmen, wenn es an das Vorbereiten von Events geht!!!
Wir wollen euch wärend der Regatten einen genaueren Einblick in den Ablauf und das Leben an Bord ermöglichen.
Und paar Spielereien werden ab und zu auch auf euch warten😋

Zu dem Zweck haben wir einen YouTube Kanal (unten verlinkt), auf dem wir in nicht allzu langer Zeit eine Serie starten wollen, in der wir auf genau diese Punkte eingehen. Undzwar ALLES, was bei uns so passiert. ALLES was wir machen müssen um unserem Ziel der Mini Transat 2021 einen Schritt näher zu kommen.

Wir sind schon fleißig am Vorproduzieren und als kleines Start-highlight geht es für mich ab dem 01.11.2020 nach Frankreich um für alle die daran Interesse haben einen Einblick in die Vendee Globe 2020 und den am 08.11.2020 stattfindenden Start zu ermöglichen.
(Und um für VG 2024 schonmal die Lage abzuchecken😜)

Vielleicht kriegen wir ja auch einen deutschsprachigen Livestream des Starts am 08.11.2020 hin... Wer weiß

We, the Absolute Sailing Team, have been planning for a long time that we will be able to show YOU, everyone who follows us, everyone who is interested in our Mini Transat campaign for 2021 or just happened to be on our website, what we are doing.

For this purpose we have a YouTube channel (linked below), on which we want to start a series in not long time in which we will address exactly these points. And EVERYTHING that happens to us. EVERYTHING we have to do to get one step closer to our goal of Mini Transat 2021.

We are already busy on pre-production and as a small start highlight I will go to France from November 1st, 2020 to give everyone who is interested an insight into the Vendee Globe 2020 and the start on November 8th, 2020.
(And to check the situation for VG 2024 😜)

Maybe we can also get a german live stream of the Departure on November 8th, 2020 ... Who knows
