First win in the new season - Italy 🇮🇹
The first competition of the new Alpencup season has started with a victory for Italy!

After the competition in front of an amazing crowd Italian Noelia Vuerich won 11 points ahead of Austrias Meghan Wadsak and Germanys Emeliy Teubner.

Female jumpers from 8 different nations made the day in front of almost 1000 spectators a big event in the junior division.
We particularly welcome Poles to the Alpencup family, who achieved their first TOP 6 placement today with 6th place thanks to Natalia Slowik.

Tomorrow we continue from 10:30 a.m. with the second competition in Pöhla.

⚠️Important information ⚠️

Unfortunately we received the information from Hinterzarten today that the O.P.A Games have to be cancelled. The weather of the last few days has melted the entire course on the Notschrei and the hill has also suffered a lot. Unfortunately, the current temperatures and the weather forecast for the next few days mean that the organizers have to cancel. Unfortunately there is no alternative to this.

Exiting weekend in Kranj!

After an exciting weekend in Kranj there is no change at the top of the ALPENCUP overall ranking.

In the women’s category, overall leader Lilou Zepchi wins on Saturday. She finishes second on Sunday and thus has almost twice as many points in the overall standings as her pursuer Taja Bodlaj, who finished third on Sunday.

Second place on Saturday and fifth place on Sunday are enough for Maksim Bartolj to keep the overall lead ahead of Stephan Embacher.
