I have a couple of spaces left for Detox Yoga Mini Retreat-start 2025 clear and refreshed. This day retreat is focused on detoxing not only physically, but also resetting the nervous system and destressing the mind body complex. My friend Laure Fröscher-Routier will bring some special juices to accompany our vegetarian lunch and give us a small presentation about why juicing is such an effective detox tool. It’s time to prepare to hibernate, and Julia and Julia are here to help you do just that. Come for a cozy, stretchy yin yoga based practice followed by a vibrational soundbath experience that uses soundwaves to cleanse your inner spaces, so that you can enter late fall and winter with a calm outlook and relaxed body.
