FAI launches the “International Day of Air Sports”

FAI is introducing a new global celebration bringing together the entire air sports community.
From 2026 onwards, individuals, clubs, organisations and FAI Members worldwide will be invited to organise local initiatives, events, and digital activities, creating a shared worldwide celebration!

14 October marks the anniversary of FAI’s founding in Paris in 1905, honouring the pioneers of flight and inspiring future generations.
