Hi, I’m Kyra—manager and Pilates instructor at Midwest+ Wellness.
I’m so excited to have the opportunity to share my love of Pilates with this amazing community!

A little about me: I was first introduced to Pilates while recovering from chronic pelvic floor pain after an injury. After just 10 sessions, my pain significantly decreased and I was hooked. I fell in love with the way Pilates helps us reconnect with our bodies through intentional, powerful movement.

What I love most about teaching is seeing clients truly connect with their bodies—feeling movement on a deeper level than ever before.

At Midwest+ Wellness, our mission is simple: to offer a space where you feel welcome, supported, and cared for every step of the way on your wellness journey.

I can’t wait to meet you and support you in reaching your goals!
