It's not like I was trying to be sexy but I had to get fit because I had to be able to do stunts. Also I wanted that, if Bond took his clothes off, he looked like a man who did what he did, which was kill people for a living. I thought the only way to do that was to work out and get fit and buff and get physically into shape.

If I don't feel confident about my body, I'm not going to sit at home and feel sorry for myself and not do something about it. It's all about taking action and not being lazy. So you do the work, whether it's fitness or whatever. It's about getting up, motivating yourself and just doing it.

• Is the staff helpful? Did the gym employ ladies only staff?
• Are the facilities kept clean?
• Is there adequate guidance and orientation for new women recruits and members?
• Does the club provide female-specific exercise programs such as prenatal exercise and
osteoporosis prevention?
• Is child care available just in case women bring their kids with them?
• If a woman is interested in sports, are there sport-specific training programs for her?
• Are there weight management programs?
• Is the club a member of IHRSA or International Health, Racquet & Sportsclub Association, which
has reciprocal arrangements with clubs you can visit while traveling?
