We are exited to welcome Lexi Sosa in our team!
Lexi is from San Diego, California, she started playing softball at 9 years old. At just 13 years old, she became the youngest verbal commit in UCLA softball history.
As a pitcher and hitter, she has experience on both sides of the game and is willing to play whatever position the team needs. She began her collegiate career at UCLA before finishing at Mississippi State, where she hit 10+ home runs during her senior season and pitched in many key games.
After graduating, she remained at Mississippi State as a Graduate Assistant, where she worked with pitching metrics. During her time on staff, the team made history multiple times, including reaching its first-ever Women’s College World Series appearance.
