They don't listen to a word you say. But they watch everything you do.


Here is the trap most of us fall into without even realizing it.

​You can tell your kids to "go play outside" or "eat their veggies" until you're blue in the face. But if they see Dad sitting on the sofa scrolling on his phone eating rubbish... guess what they’re going to do?

​They are little sponges. They soak up our habits—the good ones and the bad ones.

​That’s a huge part of why I train.

​Not to get a six-pack (though that’s a nice bonus).
But to show them that moving your body is just what we do.

To show them that looking after yourself matters.
​I know how hard it is. You finish work, you’re absolutely knackered, and the last thing you want to do is exercise.
​But you can’t pour from an empty cup.

​I’m currently taking on 3 new Personal Training clients here in Munich and South of, who want to get strong, shift the "Dadbod," and actually have the energy to keep up with their kids.

Our FIRST Christmas Tree Hunt! 😃

I gotta say, I actually really enjoyed it! Was a nice little experience to search for THE tree! There were so many to choose from we could of been there hours but thank the LORD we weren't actually too long! 😅

I think we will 100% make this our little traditional from now on! 🎄🌟❤️

Tracking Calories: Necessary or Overrated? 🤔

I've been there—tracking every single gram and planning every meal. It works, no doubt about it!

But if tracking creates stress and makes long-term consistency difficult (like it did for me!), there's a better way. It’s about building mindful awareness and a flexible system that allows for pizza, holidays, and life.

Something helped me with my inner Choccy monster 👹.
I heard someone talk about stop being a child and just eating exactly what you want all the time! This hit me! I thought, ah s**t! Got me there 😅. For me that pretty much flipped a switch in my head and I find it was easier to hold back 😌

Pro Tip: Don't go grocery shopping when you're hungry. 😭

This photo is proof of my weakness last year.💩 🍩🍪🍫

A moment of starvation turned into a week's worth of snacks that I then had to try and "avoid" (blatantly didn't👀).

It's the small, subconscious choices that add up. We all have those moments!

Now I make sure I eat before going! Or if I'm on a fly by then it's a quick GET IN, GET THE HELL OUT kinda thang🏃😄

Right then, let's keep it real. It's easy to stick to the plan when the sun's blazing, but that's not where the proper graft is. I talk about facing the friction—be it the dodgy Bavarian weather, zero free time, or just being a bit knackered today.

Don't let imperfect conditions be the reason you bottle it. These hard days are your strongest mental training session, full stop. Got the run done, felt good after, and that's the point. 💪

Push through, build that routine durability!
