This is another prototype made out of balsa wood with the hollow construction and solid wood rails.

The foilboard weights 6kg and is incredibly stable. Perfect to survive high jumps and hard landings. It’s has 5 years of warranty, but we believe that if you treat it well it’s a board that will live forever 🤙🏾

Inside we have carbon mats with 200g/m2 biaxial on bottom and top. The frame is water resistant primed and the full balsa wood block at the foil mount is therefore unbreakable ⚡️

The good thing about the hollow construction is that the weight is only where it needs to be stable, the rest is air and weighs nothing.
So the hollow building technique is perfect for foilboards as anything over 80 liters can be lighter but more stable than the foam alternatives 👌

That’s why we decided stay with balsa in this area above 80 liters & with all the boards that are under 80 liters we can highly recommend an agave core from our friend and partner 🌱
