Journey Through Breath and Sound

Step into a nourishing journey guided by Sascha and , where breath and sound weave together into one immersive experience.

Through gentle movement, conscious breathing, and resonant sound, you’ll be invited to soften, release, and return to yourself.

This isn’t about performing or pushing — it’s about creating enough safety in the body for the nervous system to finally let go. Breath as the doorway, sound as the current that carries you.

A space to reconnect with your inner rhythm, awaken presence, and let body, breath, and sound move as one — together, in circle, ✨Lichtung🌳 Garbicz Festival 🦄

Come as you are. Leave a little lighter.

Eight months.
One breath at a time.

What excites me most about this training isn't the curriculum
it's watching what happens to people over time.

They arrive with their stories.
Their weight.
Their reasons for being here.

And then somewhere across eight months...
they step into something different.

More open.
More themselves.

From the last cohort alone:
People who always put themselves last finally made space for their own needs.

Participants who arrived feeling heavy or closed left with more energy, better posture, a different kind of presence.

Graduates who came in uncertain
leaving confident enough to hold space for others.

That last one gets me every time.

And what's clear is that breathwork is no longer niche.

Physicians.
Psychologists.
Corporate leaders.

Stay-at-home parents stepping into a new path.

We're seeing breathwork move into

therapeutic settings,
biohacking,
longevity research

even one of the largest studies on breath and trauma therapy
currently running at Humboldt University.

The field is expanding.
And the people leading it matter.

If you've been sitting with this
wondering if this training is for you
this is your sign.

Early Bird closes TODAY.

SOBC Facilitator Training begins October 2nd.

Your nervous system is either in fight-or-flight or rest-and-digest.

Coherence Breathing is how you consciously choose.

5 in. 5 out. 10 minutes. Link in bio.

Here’s a cleaner, more natural version for the repost:

Feeling low on energy or stuck in your head?

Take 10 minutes, press play, and breathe with me.

In this guided breathwork practice, we move through 4 rounds of conscious breathing followed by 30-second breath holds — a simple way to wake up your body, clear your mind, and reconnect with yourself.

Perfect for your morning routine, a midday reset, or whenever you need a natural energy boost.

Your breath is always available.
Use it.

Watch the full practice on YouTube.

I’d keep the hashtags to 5. Cleaner, less spammy, and better aligned with your brand.

When your energy’s low and your head’s full — this is my go-to.

3 cycles of Wim Hof breathing. Deep rhythmic inhales, full exhales, breath holds.

10 minutes. Real shift.

(Ocean sounds in the background. You’re welcome.)

Most of us react before we even realise it.

A sharp word. A stressful moment. A notification that ruins your focus.

Your nervous system fires — and you’re already in it.

This is for those moments.

60 seconds. Just your breath.

Inhale for 3 · Hold for 3 · Exhale for 6

Repeat 5 times.

The longer exhale activates your parasympathetic nervous system — your body’s built-in calm switch. This isn’t relaxation. This is regulation.

Follow the visuals and try it now.

Tell me in the comments — reactive or responsive today?

Your nervous system has a reset button. This is it.

Coherence breathing is one of the simplest tools I come back to again and again — for myself, and with every client I work with.

5 seconds in. 5 seconds out. That’s it.

When you breathe at this rhythm, your heart rate, brain waves, and nervous system start to sync up. Science calls it heart-rate variability coherence. Your body calls it relief.

Follow along with this reel and try it now:

→ Find a comfortable seat
→ Inhale through your nose for 5 counts
→ Exhale through your mouth for 5 counts
→ Repeat for 5–10 minutes

Less stress. Sharper focus. More emotional steadiness.

This isn’t about doing something special. It’s about giving your body what it already knows how to do — if you slow down long enough to let it.

Try it and tell me: what do you notice? 👇

There is a moment,
so small most people miss it,
that lives between what triggers you and how you respond.

That moment is where healing begins.

When we learn to work with the breath,
we start to access that space more and more.

The nervous system softens.
The body stops bracing.
And something in us remembers that we have a choice.

This Sunday, we are holding space for exactly that.

Sunday Breathe
a free 90-minute online breathwork session open to everyone,
wherever you are on your journey.

No experience needed.
Just a willingness to arrive.

Yesterday my little daughter turned 8.

One of the many things fatherhood has taught me is how fast time moves. Sometimes I scroll through old pictures of her when she was 2 or 3 years old, and it feels like I’m looking at another lifetime. Another world. Another version of her — and another version of me.

Since the day she came into my life, so much has changed.

Because of her, I want to become a better man. A better father. A better partner. A better brother. A better friend. A better human being.

And one of the greatest things she has taught me is presence.

To be here. Now. Fully.

Not chasing the next goal. Not getting lost in the next project. Not waiting for the next version of myself. Just being here, with her, in this moment.

And the more I’m able to meet her there, the more I realize that this is where life actually happens.

Fatherhood has not always been easy. And honestly, it still challenges me from time to time. When she was born, people asked me if my life had changed. In the beginning, my answer was always, “No, not really.”

I was still doing the same things. Still chasing the same things. Still looking for validation in the same places.

But slowly, something started to shift.

The time I wanted to spend with her became more important than the things I thought I had to chase. More precious than the distractions. More real than the noise.

Watching her grow up has been one of the greatest gifts of my life. Seeing her become this amazing human being — full of wonder, curiosity, excitement, sensitivity, and love — opens my heart again and again.

And I know some things will slowly fade. Holding hands on the way to school. Wrestling in bed. Reading Harry Potter together. Being the place she runs to when she needs comfort.

I know these moments will not last forever.

So for now, I’m riding this wave with her for as long as she wants me to.

She is one of my greatest gifts, one of my greatest teachers, one of my greatest mirrors, one of my greatest challenges, and one of the greatest loves of my life.

Happy 8th birthday, my love 🤍
