Wir vergrößern unser Team! Ab September gibt es mehr Einheiten und mehr Möglichkeiten! Philipp Brinkmann ist Sport- und Fitnesskaufmann, Sporttherapeut und Athletik Trainer. Des weiteren hat er beim WKG Metternich-Rübenach in der Oberliga gerungen und ist dort unter anderem Vize Landesmeister in Niedersachsen und 2. beim Internationalen Salzgitter Turnier geworden. Ganz zu schweigen von den Errungenschaften im Sumo, wo er unter anderem mehrfacher Deutscher Meister und Vize-Europameister wurde.

Training in NYC die Zweite. Marcelo Garcia Academy. Anderes Game, sehr starkes Team und eine weitere top Adresse. Eine Runde mit Herrn Garcia persönlich war auch noch drin. Sehr spaßig! Von den besten der besten zu lernen ist für eine optimale Entwicklung unabdingbar.

Marcelo Garcia Academy New York City. Very strong team, a different game and among the best in the world. A round with Mr. Garcia himself was indeed very funny! Optimum results demand optimum training and guidance.

Trainingsaufenthalt bei Renzo Gracie in New York City. Weiterbildungen sind ein wichtiger Bestandteil für ein hohe Qualität. Tolle Akademie mit einem sehr hohen Level.

Training at Renzo Gracie Academy NYC. Further education is paramount to ensure a high quality. Very good academy with a really high level.

Unser Headcoach war im Februar für fast 3 Wochen in Brasilien, um sich fortzubilden. Dort gab es 2 mal tägliches Training mit Gleichgesinnten in den verschiedensten Luta Livre und BJJ Clubs. Spaß hat es gemacht.
Danke an Nicolas Renier, der das ganze ermöglicht hat und an die Jungs, die mit dabei waren!

Our head coach went to Brazil for further education for nearly 3 weeks in February. 2 times training per day with likeminded people in different Luta Livre and BJJ clubs. It was a lot of fun and I learned a lot. Thanks to Nicolas Renier for the guidance and opportunity. Also thanks to all the guys that trained with me and shared the apartment with me!

Das vergangene Wochenende war ein erfolgreiches für einige unserer Luta Livre Jungs. Wir waren zu Gast bei der Sportschule Köln auf einem Advanced Seminar. Die Jungs sind mit einer paar neuen Graduierung nach Hause gegangen. Johannes bekam Orange, Freerk Blau und der Coach Braun. Nochmals Glückwunsch an alle, die an diesem Tag graduiert wurden.

The last weekend was very successful for us. We visited an advanced seminar under our Haeadcoach Andy Conda. Johannes got orange, Freerk blue and our coach brown. Congratulations again to anyone who was graduated.
