La 14ème édition de notre festival European Sisters & Brothers Studio - Festival Côte d'Azur sera avec Gudrun HEROLD, celle qui est venu nous former sur la Côte d'Azur il y a plus de 10 ans, pionnière en Europe en danse Fatchance Bellydance et avec accessoires !
Elle a développé son format de danse avec jupe et nous allons explorer cet accessoire festif !
Les surprises arrivent à la fin de l'année avec des stages ouverts tout niveau et 1 intensif dans le programme !!

The 14th edition of our European Sisters & Brothers Studio - Festival Côte d'Azur festival will be with Gudrun HEROLD, the one who came to train us on the French Riviera more than 10 years ago, pioneer in Europe in Fatchance Bellydance dance and with accessories!
She has developed her dance format with skirt and we will explore this festive accessory!
Surprises arrive by the end of the year with internships open all level and 1 intensive in the program!!

My heart is full after a most wonderful, enriching weekend at Meuriad Fest, deux jours de danse avec Gudrun Herold , hosted by the beautiful Lucie Meuriad and Meuriad Deluxe
Thank you so much for having me and taking so good care if me!

I had the huge honour to work 15 hrs with a dedicated, sweet group, it felt more like a retreat, actually. I love going deep, I love to share dance, movement and FCBD Style in a holistic way. In this setting, I was able to do exactly that, which I am deeply grateful for

We did cover loads of technique and picky details, danced my fast and slow Movement Dialect with the Skirt, took a deep dive into our bodies, explored how we can root in our posture to be able to rise and lift easily, played with rhythm, awoke our inner Diva and playful child....
It was huge!!!!

Oh, and there also was a beautiful performance night, which showcased the beauty and creativity of this community

Finally I was taken to the beach, an afternoon which seriously felt like a week of vacation.
