Taekwondo ist eine der besten Selbstverteidigungsarten der Welt, die für Jugendliche und Erwachsene, Frauen wie Männer gleichermaßen gelehrt wird. Taekwondo zielt auf Selbstbeherrschung in geistiger und körperlicher Hinsicht und heißt wörtlich übersetzt: Die Kunst des Hand- und Fußkampfes. Die Stunden beginnen stets mit einem gemeinsamen Aufwärmtraining; anschließend werden die Teilnehmer entsprechend ihrem Niveau in verschiedenen Gruppen unterrichtet.

One week of Taekwondo at the highest international level.

The Galeb Summer Camp in Serbia brought together some of the world’s top coaches and athletes. 🌍 Among them were national coaches from China, Spain, Serbia and Iran, the Kazakhstan world champion, as well as numerous international elite athletes, including World Champions, Olympic Champions and Olympic medalists. 🏆

A unique opportunity for our competition team to train side by side with these world-class athletes, challenge themselves against different fighting styles and gain valuable experience from some of the best in the sport.

Intense sessions, international sparring partners, new challenges and unforgettable experiences. 🔥

International Bodensee Cup – Ravensburg 🥋

A great day for our team! We competed with 5 athletes and returned home with 3 Gold 🥇 and 2 Bronze 🥉 medals.

Special congratulations to Philipp Kaas, who proudly represented the Bayerische Taekwondo Union Talent Team.

What a day! We entered the Taekwondo tournament in Schwabach with 4 athletes – and came home with 4 medals! 💪🥋
