is a veteran sports club with football as its main sport, established in 2006 in Duisburg with the goal of bringing together men aged 35 years and above to promote health, fitness, and community development. With focus on both physical exercise and social engagement, the club provides a platform for the men to stay active through football, fostering a sense of camaraderie and well-being, community
development through sports and other social activities. Through regular training sessions, friendly matches, and community events such as "Familien Fest", Veteran Sport Club (VSC) NRW e.V. encourages not only physical health but also the mental and emotional benefits of teamwork and social interaction, especially within the African community in and around NordRhine-Westphalia. The club emphasizes inclusivity and aims to strengthen bonds within the local communities by offering members the opportunity to participate in organized football activities while supporting broader initiatives in community building in NordRhine-Westphalia in particular and Germany as a whole as well as across Europe and the globe. Over the years, it has become a vital hub for men seeking to balance fitness with fun and friendship, creating a positive impact on both personal health, community development and solidarity respectively. We have organized and participated in several football games and tournaments in Germany, Europe and USA, highlighting and representing the purpose of the Club through collective initiative and commitment of its members.
