Therefore the CV Performance Group can now offer its young talents a direct switch from th

e karting sector into GT4 Motorsport. As a Mercedes-AMG Customer Racing Team, CVPG can now offer a specially initiated, even more comprehensive junior talent programme. "With the racing driver and official Formula 1 safety car driver Bernd Maylaender as well as the five timmes DTM Champion Bernd Schneider as mentors and coaches, we're now able to get your young talents the best support and they will also benefit from the full expertise and support of the Mercedes-AMG Customer Racing Programme."

* Double Top 10 result in OK-N
* Adrian Lorenz finished P6 in the final
* Sebastian Verger Morell fought from P27 to P10
* Max Hezel qualified for the KZ2 Cup final in a field of 48 drivers
* Important learning mileage and strong progress in the Mini class

Strong start for CV Performance Group X JP Motorsport at the opening round of the German Kart Championship in Mülsen. Focus now shifts to Cheb.

PROGRAM EXPANSION | POLO CUP 🔥

We are expanding our driver development program and, starting this season, closing the gap between karting and GT4 racing.
To do so, we will enter two cars in the Volkswagen Polo Cup, together with our Polo Cup main partner, Keller Tor System.

The first driver is confirmed: Marlon Di Salvo.
Marlon competed with our karting team last season, where he delivered strong and consistent performance. The step into the Polo Cup marks his next logical move into car racing.

There is already interest in the second car, and further applications are welcome.
Together with our partners, we will organize a selection test day, where all interested drivers can prove themselves under equal conditions. An external jury will then decide who will be awarded the second seat.

In addition, high-performing drivers may earn a GT4 test at the end of the season, as well as further support for their career progression.

The big season finale in Wackersdorf had it all: top performances, emotions, and even some curious chapters. From technical discussions to unusual team strategies from the competition – there was plenty of drama on and off the track. In the end, only the results count – and we delivered with podiums and a Vice Championship. 🔥
