What do you need to throw somebody?

Coach shares a part of his recent CLA based grip fighting seminar for the Gi in the Netherlands

This may sound offensive to some: many grapplers wear the Gi as decoration.

Rather than using the cloth to control the person inside of it, a large amount of grapplers seem to apply NoGi in the Gi - and that is a shame as they miss out on marvelous opportunities for action that you only can DO in the Gi.
