OFF-Season started this week. After the tournament last week I took a few days off and now looking forward to do some Frisbee unrelatet activities in the Alps (skiing, Icehockey,....) and in the gym get myself ready for another Worlds year in 2020!! Swiss Nationals Champion again!! Cant state often enough how proud I am to be on this team!! What an amazing and inspiring teamspirit and dedication! Our youngsters had a huge step up this season and I want to thank the staff and coaching for making all this possible!! A-MA-ZING!! BOOOYAAHHHH!!!

First time in a long time I was used as a cutter again and I had a lot of fun getting up several times in our preqquarter yesterday! Could pull a 14:12 win after beeing behind 5:10 against the US Champions! Today Quarters against another US team...
