Social Media Contest Rules

1) Terms and conditions & agreement

By taking part to the contest, the participant agrees to the following terms and conditions. This contest stands in no relation to Facebook and is not sponsored, organized or supported by Facebook. Not Facebook is receiving the data and information, but Jerome Boateng is.

2) Entry contest

Every Facebook or Instagram-fan of Jerom

e Boateng is eligible to take part of the contest. You can become a „fan“ by pressing the „Like“- or „Follow“-Button on his profiles.

3) Participation and Draw

Every participant who leaves the comment „ “ under the contest post on Facebook or Instagram is taking part at the draw and has the chance to win one of three signed FC Bayern jerseys from Jerome Boateng. The lucky winners will be determined randomly and will be contacted within the comment section. You can comment until 72 hours after the start of the contest (Start 31.04.2017, 7pm MEZ; End 03.04.2017, 7pm MEZ).

4) Payout

The prizes will be presented in the form of goods and cannot be exchanged for a different prize, cash or similar goods or services. All necessary information about the prize will be provided via the contest post on the Facebook-page of Jerome Boateng. The winners will be notified personally at the latest 72 hours after the end of the contest. Jerome Boateng reserves the right to determine substitute winners if the contacted winners do not reply within one week after the end of the contest.

5) Final provisions

These terms and conditions, including the winning game mechanics represent the final arrangements for the action. If any provision of these terms and conditions are or become invalid, the validity of the remaining Terms and Conditions shall remain unaffected.
