This exercise is one of our favourite in BeCoach Academy! First time when we offered a group of students to express their appreciation to each other, we planned 15 minutes, but could not stop them after 40! 😂It was such a powerful experience! The energy in the room raised high up, the connection to each other reached such a deep level!
Let us be more generous expressing what we appreciate in people who are close to us! Sometimes, one sincere 'Thank you' followed by explanation what for you thank the person, may make such a difference in the way they feel and in the way you feel. Because naturally we like feeling good and we like making other people feeling good!

Evolutionary coaching, non-violent communication, transactional analyses and other techniques are going to be introduced to the students of BeCoach Academy this weekend!

This is to make our students excited about the upcoming Live-Training weekend, which will be covering the 4th Module of Professional Coaching Diploma programme: Understanding Your Coaching Client.
Understanding communication preferences, values, beliefs, needs and attitide of a coachee, will make your coaching truly transformational. We will dive deep under the water level to see the hidden fears and recognise unhelpful attitudes.
Our students will learn how using Transactional Analyses, non-violent communication and evolutionary coaching to support coachees in creating a fulfilling and values-driven life.

WHAT A GREAT JOURNEY!
We are already half way through the Professional Coaching Diploma Programme with our first group of students!
It has been INSPIRING, TOUCHING, INSIGHTFUL and FUN for us as well as, I hope, for them!

This amazing experience makes us looking forward to when we can welcome our second group! And this will happen on 19th JANUARY! ALREADY! AND WE HAVE JUST 1 PLACE AVAILABLE LEFT!
