Today was diana alberti ’s final class before taking time off to welcome her little one, and you could feel just how deeply she is loved by everyone in the room.

There are some people who just make a studio feel like home, and Diana is undeniably one of them🤍 She doesn’t just teach, she pours so much heart, care, and genuine soul into every single person who steps into her class.

We are going to miss her immensely, but we are so thrilled to watch her step into motherhood, and we’ll be right here waiting with open arms (and a lot of celebration!) when she’s ready to return 💕

Wishing you the most peaceful, joyful leave.

It’s been a loooong winter, but Spring is finally back, and so is our Intro Pack!🌷✨
With the clocks springing forward tonight, the days are getting brighter and warmer. Perfect time to use that extra energy to get moving☀️

If you’ve been curious about Pilates but are nervous to start, please don’t worry. We know the machines can look intimidating, and many people hold back because they think they aren't "fit or flexible enough," or that they won't be able to follow a group class.
Our small groups (max 5) mean we are right by your side to guide every move, tailoring each exercise to your level so you feel confident and supported from day one😌

The BASI Mentor Program is a continuing education course for teachers, a chance to go deeper, grow as instructors, and learn advanced exercises we hadn’t covered before.
Coming to the Mentor Program was a moment I didn’t know I needed.
As soon as I arrived near the studio, I felt this deep sense of joy, like something inside me clicked back into place.
After becoming a mom of two and opening my own studio, I’ve been so focused on others that I lost time for my own growth.
But being here, learning again, reconnecting with the BASI community, it reminded me how much I love this work.
Surrounded by people who are truly passionate about Pilates, you can’t help but feel that passion return in you too.
That’s what makes BASI so special, we never stop learning, and we never do it alone🥰
Forever grateful to , to my teacher and mentor for guiding me into this lifelong journey, and to for creating such a high quality, inspiring pilates experience for all of us. It’s a gift to keep learning, growing, and being part of this incredible community✨
