7 days in Portugal. 10 Mahavidyas. And so many layers of myself I got to meet.
This training reminded me, once again, how important it is to stop holding space for everyone else for a moment.
To listen.
To feel.
To let my own process take up space.
Meeting the 10 Mahavidyas this week felt like sitting with different parts of life itself — beauty, chaos, devotion, discomfort, truth, endings, beginnings, contradiction.
And maybe that is what stayed with me most:
How deeply complex we all are. 🧞♂️
How much can be happening underneath an easygoing surface.
How many parts of us we already know — and how many doors are still waiting to be opened.
How sometimes the most healing thing is not to fix, solve or move on, but simply to sit with what is here.🦋
My body is showing me a lot at the moment. Some of it I already know. Some of it I am finally ready to look at more honestly. And some of it opened completely new rooms inside of me.
I think we all need those pockets of time where we stop absorbing everyone else’s energy and come back home to ourselves.
And I also know that retreating into our own little world can sometimes become another way of avoiding what is actually asking to be felt.
There is no way out of it.
Only a constant way of going through life.
What for me is part of the practice too:
to let ourselves be fully human.
Messy, soft, complicated, imperfect.
To hold all of it with a little more tenderness.
And to keep meeting ourselves again and again.
These 7 days in Portugal were another beautiful little puzzle piece in the bigger picture. Thanks for our cocoon The Mythic Movement
And I’m deeply grateful for every new part of myself I got to meet there.
