A home podium always feels good. Congratulations to our No. 6 crew on P3 in the Silver Cup today.
Another important result for their championship and a great moment to share with the whole team here at the Nürburgring.

Elsewhere, it was a more complicated afternoon. Contact ended the No. 12’s race early. Extremely frustrating and, quite frankly, not much more to say about it. The No. 17, meanwhile, finished P5 after a race that never quite came our way.

Not everything went to plan today, but this one is worth celebrating. Congratulations, guys.

Front row: booked.

P2 in combined qualifying for the No. 17 means we’ll have a very good view when the lights go out this afternoon.

Qualifying is in the books for the No. 6 and No. 12 too. Three Mercedes-AMG GT3s ready, and nothing left on today’s schedule but the main event.

Three hours at home. Let’s see what Sunday has for us.

1:54.962. We’ll take it. Fastest lap of Free Practice 2 for Fabian Schiller and the No. 17, which is a rather pleasant way to close Saturday at home.

We could make a bigger deal out of it, but there’s one minor administrative issue: tomorrow is when it actually counts.
