After a very long break, I finally managed to complete an OCR race with my son at the OCR European Championships in Irun, Spain.

My knee isn’t quite 100% yet, but I’m working on it and I’m not giving up.

Kids on fire. The OCR World Championships will take place in Sweden in September. The kids were able to prepare yesterday with Steve. Thank you for letting them train on your premises.

Now the holiday is already over. My first MTB holiday in Saalbach Hinterglemm was great. As a newbie, some of the trails were quite challenging. But it was also fun. Unfortunately, the slippery ground made it even more difficult.

Almost collided with a car on a country lane today. Only 5 cm was missing. Car was travelling far too fast, I didn’t expect the car when turning left and didn’t look. My guardian angels did a great job today. Thank you very much.
