This time, a somewhat daring article on the topic of “What is consciousness?”

It actually just continues the article on the topic of reality.
Seriously, this is of course only a theory, but there is currently no real definition of what consciousness is, so you are free to come up with your own theories.

(Besides, it fits in well with Dan Brown's new book...)

The idea is nothing new. It can be found, using different vocabulary, in almost all spiritual traditions. We have simply broken it down into neurobiology and physics and used the ideas of Wheeler, Bohm, Rovelli, and Penrose, or rather, developed them further.
You can also replace universal consciousness with Dao, the vibrations of DNA with Xing, and the ego with Yi, which gives us a good reference to Bagua...

Walking in circles is a natural training method for the muscle chains and a great way to realize the flexion and extension of the muscle chains.

The circles, spaces and vectors are natural and also train the visual perception.

This is also a great way to train the neural networks between the mind and the rest of the brain. When you combine this with the Buddhist method (Skandhas, Shunyata, Tathata, Dharmakaya, Dharmadhatu), you have a very nice training concept.

Through the physical exercises one trains the physiological processes and through the study of Daoism and Buddhism, in combination with the physical exercises, one trains the neural networks to achieve mental health (happiness, fun, contentment) as well.

Not to mention the spiritual experiences. Or are they just a consequence of certain neural circuitry that one achieves with the exercises? Who knows...

So, engaging in the sutras is the mental equivalent of walking in circles.

One focuses on the basic principles of bodywork (opening and closing/bending and stretching). When one does this while standing, one is in the standing column (Zhan Zhuang).

These principles can then in turn be applied to all weapons.

One trains the body, fighting, mind and spirit to achieve contentment and physical and mental health.
The type of mental training (the study of philosophical content) leads to spiritual experiences that affect physical and mental health.
This is supported by the physical training and the ideas in the process, as this trains and expands the neural networks in the brain.
